New Cloud printing for Zebra printers: set up once, print from anywhere

Features

Everything between the dock and the truck.

One system for receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping and returns, with stock that only changes with a record.

Receiving

Count what arrived, not what the paperwork says.

  • Release ASNs when you're readySend an ASN to the floor now or schedule it, so the dock only sees what's due.
  • Count by item or by palletScan products one by one, or scan an LPN to count its whole contents at once. Several scanners can count the same ASN.
  • Surprises accepted, then reviewedOver-receipts, unexpected products and receipts with no ASN are taken in and flagged for someone to review.
  • Put away by scanningScan the LPN, scan the bin. Stock lands where it was scanned, with the move in its history.
  • Date codes for recallsRecord the date code printed on a part on its LPN, so you can find affected units later.

Inventory

Stock that only changes with a record.

  • One stock historyEvery change says who made it, on which scanner, for which document, with running totals.
  • Counts held for approvalA count difference waits for an admin. Nothing changes on hand until it's approved.
  • Cycle countsBlind counts by zone and aisle, a recount by someone else when numbers disagree, and a freeze for full physical inventory.
  • Minimums per warehouseSee what's below minimum, what's reserved, incoming and in demand, by product, bin or zone. Export to CSV.
  • Serials and barcodesTrack serial numbers one unit per label, and match any barcode on the packaging to its product.

Picking & packing

The next job, one tap away.

  • A shared work queueWorkers take the next task with one tap. A claimed order can't be picked by two people at once.
  • Big orders split by zoneLarge picks are split into zone segments so several people can work one order.
  • Missing stock, handledReport a bin short and Caddy re-allocates from other bins, flags the shortage and opens an urgent count.
  • Partial pallet picksTake part of an LPN; the rest stays in the bin with its label.
  • Pack into cartons and palletsPack into handling units with their own labels. A short order packs what was actually picked.

Shipping

Every unit on the right truck.

  • Release shipments to the dockA released shipment becomes a ship task on the scanners.
  • Scan to loadScan each carton or pallet onto the truck. Another order's unit is refused on the spot.
  • Photo to closeA shipment closes only with a photo. Shipping short needs a reason and raises an exception per line.
  • Serials marked shippedSerial-tracked units are marked shipped when the truck leaves, ready for returns.

Returns

Know what came back and where it went.

  • RMAs from shipped ordersCreate a return from a shipped order, capped at what was shipped.
  • Receive each unit at the dockDecide per unit: restock, quarantine, scrap or return to supplier. Scrap and supplier returns need an admin.
  • Serials come homeA serial-tracked unit comes back on its own label with its history.
  • Credit trackedRecord whether credit is pending or issued, with your reference.

Visibility

The whole operation, at a glance.

  • Home overviewInbound, outbound, open tasks, stock and review flags for each warehouse, or all of them side by side.
  • Live warehouse mapEvery aisle with stock, activity, workers and alarms, updated as scanners report.
  • Activity logWho did what, where and when, for every order, ASN, LPN and bin.
  • Notifications that respect your dayIn the app and by email, right away or as a daily digest, with quiet hours.
  • Each warehouse on its own clockToday, late and overdue follow each warehouse's own time zone.

Printers & scanners

Hardware that sets itself up.

  • Cloud label printingZebra Link-OS printers connect straight to Caddy. Every label is confirmed by the printer's own counter.
  • Printer alertsOffline printers, open lids and empty rolls show on the dashboard and reach admins.
  • Print from anywhereFrom the dashboard, from a scanner over Bluetooth, or to a cloud printer across the building.
  • Bins in minutesGenerate thousands of bins from one rule, print rack labels and track which ones are up.
  • Scanners with PINsPair a scanner once with a code. Workers sign in with a PIN and it locks itself when idle.
